Pizza Crust

My family loves this crust and what is better than homemade?  Maybe, only the fact that this pizza has no rising time, so can be thrown together in a flash. 

1 package yeast (2 1/4 tsp)
1 cup very warm water
1 tsp sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
several good shakes of Italian seasoning and garlic powder

Combine yeast, sugar, and warm water.  Stir until dissolved.
Add remaining ingredients and let rest for 5 minutes.
Roll dough out on preferred baking pan and shape it.

Bake at 425* for 8 minutes.  Add toppings and bake an additional 8 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
