Easy Peasy Pie Crust

Yummy.  Flaky.  Slightly sweet.  Easy. 

1 1/2 c flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup oil  (we use canola because it is soy free)
2 Tbsp milk

Mix dry ingredients together with a fork in a pie pan. 
Make a well in center and add oil and milk.
Mix with fork until it makes a ball.
Flatten and press into pan until it reaches the desired shape. (flute edges if you are crafty enough to do this)

Bake at 375* for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
